When open Internet Explorer, at the left hand bottom it show link to a Http:\\221.13.66.161 i.e. the IE6's Proxy address.
Solve the above problem
Tool, Select,Connection, Setting the Proxy server, select the never.
click the setting buttom. at the setting
click the Auto Detect.
unclick the Proxy Server.
